PSYCH-K® is a quick and painless way to change limiting beliefs or the perception of trauma in the subconscious mind. Because we usually operate at least 95% of the day from our subconscious mind (Dr. Bruce Lipton) we want to make sure that the goals we want to achieve consciously are supported by the subconscious mind. Your life is basically a printout of your subconscious mind, so if certain areas in your life are not the way you would like them to be start changing what is causing this in your subconscious mind.

In PSYCH-K® we can use for instance goal statements to find out if a specific goal is supported by the subconscious mind or if it creates stress. If it creates stress we can “install” it to make sure that the brain is in a so-called “whole-brain state” so that the left and right brain hemispheres are working together without stress and are supporting your goals.
